Front and back of house, from a shell to passing inspection.
Commercial hoods and kitchen appliances
Hood and appliance installs, planned with the electrical rather than added later.
Commercial electrical
Fit-outs, lighting and power, by a licensed electrician on our payroll.
New commercial construction
Ground-up work, and rooms built inside an existing shell.
School maintenance and build-outs
Planned around the school calendar: summers, breaks and evenings.
Nursing home projects
Occupied buildings, with dust, noise and access agreed before we start.

Credentials

What a school, a care facility or a landlord asks for first.

Insured and licensed
Certificates go to you or your broker on request.
Bonding available
We can bond a job when the contract calls for it. Ask at bid stage.
Prevailing wage covered
We work prevailing wage jobs and file the certified payroll.
Workers' compensation covered
Everyone on your site is on our payroll and our policy.

Limits and license numbers come with a bid, so they are never stale.
